RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 1528. A R~SOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LIGHTING SYSTEM IN AND ALONG NORTH PARK BOU- LEVARD, RIVERSIDE DRIVE, HELIOTROPE DRIVE, BENTON WAY, BONNIE BRA~, NORTH FLOWER STREET AND NORTH BROADWAY; ALL WITHIN THE SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DIS- TRICT TO BE BENEFITED BY SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT, AND TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TINE AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVE- MENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, pur- suant to the pwnvislons of the Improvement Act of 1911, and th. Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments to said Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience and it is the intehtion of the Boars of Trustees of construction require, the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the of the following described work and improvement, said City, to-wit: all within In, on and along the roadways of the following des- cribed portions of streets within the said City, to-wit: (a) North Park Boulevard from the North line of Wes' Santa Clara Avenue to the East line of North Flower Street. (b) Riverside Drive from the East line of North Flower Street East to the Northeasterly line of North Park Boulevard. (c) Heliotrope Drive from the South line of Tract No. 754 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 22, page 57, Records of Orange County, California, to the West line of Benton Way. (d) Benton Way from the Northeasterly line of Bonn~ Brae to the South line of Riverside Drive. (e) Bonnie Brae from the North line of West Santa Clara Avenue to the West line of Tract No. 781 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 22, page 55, Rec- ords of Orange County, Cilifornia. (f) North Flower Street, and the East side thereof only, from the South line of said Tract No. 754 to the South- easterly line of Riverside Drive. (g). North Broadway from the North line of West Sant, Clara Avenue to a point six (8) feet North thereof.
