<br />TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING

<br />SECTION V. Notice is hereby given that on Monday,
<br />
<br />the 20th day of July, 1925, at 7:50 o'clock P.M. in the Court-
<br />
<br />cil Chamber of t~e City Hall of said City of Santa Ana, any
<br />
<br />and all persons having any objections to the proposed work
<br />
<br />or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees
<br />
<br />and show cause why said proposed iSprovement should not be
<br />
<br />carried out in accordance with this Resolution. Any and all
<br />
<br />persons wishing to protest said improvement, or the assess-
<br />
<br />merit district, or both, should file with the City Clerk
<br />
<br />prior to ~he date herein set forth, a written protest, sett-
<br />
<br />ing for the grounds of their objection and the frontage repre-
<br />
<br />sented by the protest.

<br />PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
<br />
<br />SECTION VI. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register,
<br />
<br />a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general
<br />
<br />circulation in the City of Santa ~na is hereby designated as
<br />
<br />the newspaper in ,~ich this Resolution of Intention shall be
<br />
<br />published, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
<br />
<br />to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two
<br />
<br />insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required
<br />
<br />by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that
<br />
<br />the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners
<br />
<br />or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same.
