RESOLUTION ORDERING WOMK No. 1530 WHEREAS; the Board of Trustees of the City of S~nta Ana, om the 8th day of June, 1925, passed its Resolution of In- tention No. 1512, to order the.hereinafter described work to be done and improvement to be made in, on and along a portion of West Santa Clara Avenue in said City, which Resolution of In- tention No. 1512 was duly and legally published twice in the Santa Aha Daily a~ening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, as appears from the affidavit of Edna L. clerk of the printers and publishers of all as required by law, Herrick, principal said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the C~erk of the City of Santa Ana on the 12th day of June, 1925, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Reso- lution of Intention No. 1512, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hun- d~ed (300) feet in distance apart, and 22 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law, and the work betng chargeable upon a district, also conspicu- ously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, on each street, and did post on each street at least 3 notices; and on said streets 22 notices; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha commenced to post said notices on the 13th day of June, 1925, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 13th day of June, 1925, more than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of Nat H. Neff, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 16th day of June,1925, and now on fil~ ~herein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof, at the hour of ?:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 29th day of June, 1928, being the day, hour and place named in the Resolu- tion of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement might appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention;and
