BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be lithographed or printed signature in place of a sig- nature by hand; BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana be, and he is hereby authorized and di- rected to deliver forthwith the bonds hereinabove enumerated t( the contractor, T.W. 0glesby, in satisfaction of the balance due upon his assessment and diagram. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of July, 1925, by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes, Trustees C.H.
