RESOLUTION NO. 1545 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTMES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO T HE ISSUANCE OF STREET IM- PROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1417, DETERMINING THE A~OUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE WHEREAS, purnuant to statute, notice of filing list of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that corded on the 9th day ment made by Fry Bros. the warrant, assessment and diagram re- of June, 9925, for the work and improve- Contracting Co., under that certain con- tract awarded to them on the 9th day of March, 1925, on Hesperian Street; and that said warrant, assessment and disg~ were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, toge- ther with a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the Street Super~ntendeht duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of Smta Ana, a complete llst of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the Cit Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board deter- mines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred Forty-four and 81/1C0ths ($V,744.81) Dollars, and that assessment numbered 29 aggregating the sum of Twenty and 12/I00ths ($20.12) Dollars has since been paid, and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Seven Thousand, Seven Hun- dred Twenty-four ~nd 89/l~0ths ($77~4.89) Dollars upon the as- sessments shoe upon said list. Reference is hereby made No. 141?, of the ~osrd of Trustees passed on the 19th day of January, to Resolution of Intention of the City of Santa Ana, 192S, for a complete descri~ of the work herein mentioned, and to the llst of unpaid assess- ments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND %%qiEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trustees of the said City of Santa Ana, California, in the Council Cham- ber of the City Hal~ of said City, at the hour of V:SO o'clock P.N. of ~onday, the 13th day of July, ~925, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid as- sessments shown on said Street Superintendent's list; and whereas, at said hour on the 13th day of July, 1925, there was not a quorum present of said Board of Trustees, and no action was taken other than to continue said hearing until the 20th day of July, 1925, at 7:~0 o'clock P.M.; and
