Ail of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross- sections, on file in the Office of the City Engineer, and the specifications for Assessment District No.ll~, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sectlon~ and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1541 on the 20th day of July, 1925, by the Board of Trustees of the City o~ Santa Aha, as the plans, profi].es, cross-sections and specifi- cations for said work and improvement. The said plans, pro- fi]es, cross-sections and specifications are hereby referred tc for a full and detailed description of said proposed work or improvement, an8 by reference are incorporated in this Resolu- tion, the same as though set forth in full herein. CHANGE OF GRADE SECTION III. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on portions of Hickory Street at a grade other than the existing or official grade thereof and on such parts of street the work is to be done at and in conformi- ty with the grade of said street as modified and changed, and on all other parts of the roadway, if any, the work is to be done at the existing or official grade~thereof. Resolved, that the existing official grade on Hickor Street between the South llne of East First Street and the North line of East Walnut Street will be modified; that betwee said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing official grade, which new or proposed grade is indi- cated and shown by profiles and plans. Resolved, that the existing official grade on Hickor Street between the South llne of East Walnut Street and the North line of East Pine Street will be modified; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing official grade, which new or proposed grade is indi- cated and shown by profiles and plans. Resolved, that the existing official grade on Hickor Street between the South line of East Pine Street and the Nort line of East Chestnut Avenue will be modified; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing official grade, which new or porposed grade is indi- cated and sho,3~ by profiles and plans.
