Ve~el~ <br />~lerk of the City <br /> <br />of Santa Aha <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO <br />ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE <br />STREET SUPERINTENDEN? TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD <br /> <br />No. 1555. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of S~ta <br />Aha did, on the 16th day of February, 1925, pass Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1433, for the improvement of Shetton Street; and <br />whereas, on the 28th day of July, 1925, the Superintendent of <br />Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due <br />for the work performed and specified in the contract made under <br />proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram <br />was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 15th <br />day of June, 19S5. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has <br />given notice required by law in which notice August 1Vth, 1~5, <br />at the hour of ~:30 o'clock P.N. was fixed as the time, and the <br />Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where <br />any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; <br />and ~hereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the Board of <br />Trustees a written objections to ~aid assessment as required by <br />law; and whereas, at the time set for the hearing of pretests <br />and objections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to <br />hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said <br />assessment or the work done having been heard; it is hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Aha that all of t~e said protests or objections against <br />said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, <br />and the same are hereby overruled and denied, and the assess- <br />ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and <br />he is hereby directed to attach to said asses~nent a warrant <br />in the form and manner respired by law, and shall record the <br />same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the Boar~ of Trustees of the City <br />of Santa &ua, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th <br />day of August, 1925, by the following vote, toawlt: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees C.H.
