F~ESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR 0BJECTI~S TO <br />ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE <br />STREET SUPERII~ENDENT TO tTTACH WARRAI~T AND RECORD <br /> <br />No. 1565. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Aha did, on the llth day of ~i~y, 1925, pass Resolu- <br /> <br />tion of Intention No. 1497, for the <br />Garnsey Street; and whereas, on the <br />1925, the Superintendent of Streets <br /> <br />improvement of North <br />2nd day of September, <br />of said City filed an <br /> <br />assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and <br />specified in the contract made under proceedings for the <br />said improvement, which assessment diagram was approved by <br />the Board of Trustees of ~aid City on the l'fth day of <br />Auguat, 1925. <br /> <br /> ~D V~EREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha <br />has given no~ice required by law in which notice September <br />21st,I92~, at the hour of 7:30 o~clock P.M. was fixed as th <br />time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City <br />as the place where any and all persons interested in the <br />said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved <br />has filed with the Board of Trustees a written objection to <br />said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the tim. <br />set for hearing protests or objections the Board of Trustee <br />of said City proceeded to hear the same, and ~ll of said <br />protests or objections to said assessment or the work done <br />having been heard, it is hereby: <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Aha that all of the said protests or objections again t <br />said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, <br />and the same are hereby, overru].ed and denied, and the as- <br />sessment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be <br />and he Is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a <br />warrant in the form and manner required by law, and sh~ll <br />record the same in the office of said Superintendent of <br />Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of <br />the City of Santa ina, at ~ regular meeting of said Board <br />held on the 21st day of September, 1925, by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees C.H.
