RESO~.UTION No. 1570 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OW TRUSTEES OW THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREE IMPROVEii,[ENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1433, DETERMINING THE ~dviOUNT OF UNPAID ASSE~SMENTS, PRESCRI ING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE VfHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form reGuired by law, that the warrant, assessment an8 dia- gram recorded on the 18th day of August, 19~5, for the work and improvement made by Griffith Company, under that cer- tain contract awarded to it on the 13th day of Ap~i, 1925, on North Shelton Street; and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with a written statement of all payment received upon the ~aid assessment, and after the fulI expir ation of twenty (~0) days from the date of said warrant, the Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana, a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon?evidence shoW~ this Board~d~termines that the as- sessments .therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Two Thousand, Three dred Sixty-seven and ~8/lOOths ($~3G7.58) Dollars, and that assessment mnnbered 15, a partial payment of Six and 70/10¢ ($6.70) Dollars on assessment numbered 8~ a partial payment of Seven and 99/100 ($7.99) Dollars on assessment numbered 1T, and a partial payment of SixSy-four and 48/100 Dollars on assessment numbered 27, aggregating the sum of Two Hundred Nine and 63/100 ($~09.63) Dollars have since b paid, and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Two Thousand One ~ndred Fifty-seven an8 98/100 ($215~.95) Dol. lars upon the assessments sho,~n upon sai~ list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Inten- tion No. 1433 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, passed on the 16th day of February, 19~8, for a com- plete description of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the Board c~ Trustees of the said City of Santa Ana~ California, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said ~ity, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the ~Sth day of September, ~n
