u~on the said assessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (~0) days from the date of said warrant, the Street Superihtendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of S~nta ~na, a complete ~ist of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment~ which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk oF said City, now upon evi- dence shown this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then ~paid~ the total aggregate thereof being the s~ of O~e Thousand, Eight Hundred Ninety- two and 07/lOOths ($1~892.~) Dollars~ and that no assess- merits have since been pald~ and that there now remains paid the sum of One Thousand, Eight Hu~dred Ninety-two OV/lOOths ($!,892.07) Dol].ars upon t]~e assessments shown upon said list.
