Ve~ely <br />Clerk o£ the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br /> <br /> No. 1S82. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER <br />THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF EAST FIRSI <br />STREET, CYPRESS AVENUE, LACY STREET AND EVERGREEN STREET, ALi <br />IN SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE <br />OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE <br />DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED BY SAID WO~ AND IMPROVEMENT, AND <br />TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETER- <br />MINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS <br />AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OB- <br />JECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF TM <br />DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, <br />and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments to said <br />Acts, do resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION I. That the public interest and conve~ien, <br />require and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of <br />the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction <br />of the following described work and improvement in said City <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> In, on and along the roadways of the following des <br />cribed streets in said City: <br /> <br /> East First Street from the Northerly extended East <br />line of South Main Street to the surveyed center line of <br />Maybury Street, said surveyed center line being also the <br />boundary line of the said City; excepting therefrom the por- <br />tion of East First Street East of the extended city boundar~ <br />line along Lyon Street and South of the center line of East <br />First Street, said portion of street being outside of the in. <br />corporated limits of the City of Santa Ana, as is shown on <br />the plans hereinafter in this Resolution referred to. <br /> <br /> The East seventeen (lV) feet of Cypress Avenue froz <br /> <br /> <br />
