Ve~ely. <br />Clerk of the City of Ssnta Ana <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF AJARD <br /> No. 1586 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />/~a did, in open session at a regular meeting thereof on the <br />16th day of November, 1925, publicly open, examine and declare <br />all sealed proposals or bids for 8oing the following work under <br />Reso!ut~on of Intention No. 157~ ~n the City of S~a An~ <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the said Bosrd of Trustees hereby re- <br />jects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein <br />mentioned and hereby awards the contract for ~oing said work <br />and improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit; <br /> <br />Wells an~ Bressler at the price named ~n their bid, ss follows, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The grading to a subgrade and the laying <br />thereon of a five (5) inch Portland Cement Concrete p~vement, <br />complete with tt~e furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor <br />and material for the sum of Seventeen cents (~O.!V) per s$1are <br />foot. <br /> <br /> Item 2. The excavation for and the co~truction of <br />cement concrete curb, comp!et~~ with the furnishing of all neces- <br />sary e$~ipment, labor and mater~al for the s~n of Fifty cents <br />(:~0.50) per linesr foot. <br /> <br /> <br />
