of the hereinbefore described portions of East First Street, <br /> Cypress ~venue, Lacy Street and Evergreen Street, equal to and <br /> in the full sum of Four Thousand Eight Hundred and forty-six <br /> dollars and twenty-six cents ($4,$46.26), but not exceeding the <br /> cost of the said Improvement~ shall be paid out of the treasury <br /> of the City of Santa Aha, from the fund therein created and ex- <br /> isting, designated "East First Street Impr~ ement Bond Fund." <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br /> orders that that part of the cost ahd expenses of the improve- <br /> ment of the hereinabove described portions of streets, equal to <br /> and in the full sum of Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> <br />($19,800.00) but not exceeding the cost of said improvement over <br /> and above the sum of Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty-six <br /> cents ($4,846.26) hereinabove provided to be applied, shall be <br /> paid out of the Treasury of the City of Santa Ana from the Gen- <br /> eral Fund of said City. <br /> <br /> All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pur- <br /> suance of an Act of the Legislatu~e of the State of California, <br /> designated Improvement Act of 1911, and amendments thereto. <br /> <br /> For further particulars, reference is hereby made to <br /> said Resolution of Intention No. 1582, which is dated the 26th <br /> day of October, 1925, and on file with the Clerk of the City of <br /> Santa &ua. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed <br />to post a notice of said work, together with the plans and spec <br />fications therefor conspicuously for five days on or near the <br />Council Chamber door of the Board of Trustees, inviting sealed <br />proposals or bids for doing the work ordered; he is also direc- <br />ted to publish twice a notice inviting such proposals, and re- <br />ferring to the specifications posted or on file, in the Santa <br />&ua Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and cir. <br />culated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for tha~ <br />purpose. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Order- <br />ing Work was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted <br />by the Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular <br />meeting of said Board of Trustees held on the 7th day of DecemL <br /> <br />bet, 1925, <br /> <br /> Ayes, <br /> <br />by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Trustees C.H. <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees None <br />Absent, Trustees E.B. <br /> <br />Chapman, Geo McPhee, F.L. <br />Tubbs <br /> <br />Collier <br /> <br />Purinton <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />( SEAL ) <br /> <br /> E.
