TRANSWORTATION OF ~IWTURE. <br /> <br /> The asphaltic concrete wearing surface shall be trans- <br />ported from the paving plant to the work in tight vehicles, <br />previously cleaned of aT1 foreign material and shall be covered <br />with canws or other suitable material, of sufficient size to <br />protect it from weather conditions. No loads shall be sent out <br />so late in the day as to interfere with spreedIn~ and compact- <br />ing the mixture during the daylight. Each load on reaching its <br />destination, sh,ll have ~ temperature of not less than two hun~ <br />ared fifty (250') degrees Fahrenheit. <br />S~C~ION <br /> <br />~. ~A¥ING. <br /> <br /> (a) Prior to the arrival of the surface course mix- <br /> <br />the work the prepared base shall be cleaned of all <br /> <br />ture on <br />loose and foreign materials.
