RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESS- PENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ~DERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. NO. 1808 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of ~anta Aha di on the 7th day of February· 1927, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1V25, for the improvement of portions of Fruit Street· Santiago Avenue· Logan Street, Lincoln Avenue and Grand Avenue; and whereas· on the 2nd day of August, 192V, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 2Vth day of June, 1927. AND, WHEREAS· the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has givel notice as required by law, in which notice Au~£ust 22nd, 1927, at th, hour of 7:30 o'clock P. ~. was fixed as the time· and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at th, time set for hearing protests or objections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said'protests or objections to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby: · RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha that all of the said protests or objections against said assess. merit or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby ~verruled and denied and the assessment be affirmed, and tha~ the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, known as the City Council, at a adjourned regular meeting of said Board held on the 22nd day of ~lgust, 1927, by the following vote: AYES, TRUSTEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J~L.McBride, W.J.KelSy, Stanley E.Goode F.L.
