RESOLUTION OVERHULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS <br /> TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AS~D <br /> OHDEHING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH <br /> WARRANT AND RECORD. <br /> <br /> NO. 1816 <br /> <br /> ~HEHEAS, the City Council, formerly the Board of Trustees <br /> of the City of Santa Ana, did, on the lOth day of January, 1927, <br /> pass Resolution of Intention No. 1V1V for the improvement of ~th <br /> Van Ness Ave'nue; and whereas, on the 2Oth day of August, 1927, the <br /> <br />' Su~erintendent of Streets of said City filed an ~ssessment to cover <br /> the sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract <br /> made under prgceedings for the said improvement, which assessment <br /> diagram was ~apPrOved by the City Council, formerly the Board of <br /> Trustees, of the City of Santa Ana, on the 5th day of July, 1927. <br /> <br /> AND W~iEEEAS the <br />notice as requlre~ by law, <br /> <br />the hour ef 7:50 o'clock P. <br /> -- <br /> <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given <br />and in this Notice, September 6, 1927, at <br />~. was fixed as the time, and the Counc! <br /> <br />Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and ali <br />persons interested in the said work done, or in the assessment will <br />be heard; and whereas, no objections to said assessment were filed <br />or ~ at said hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this being the time and place specified in said <br />notice at which the hearing of protests or objections against ~aid <br /> <br />work done or said assessment <br />being now in regular session, <br />made against said assessment; <br /> <br />would be heard, and the City Council <br />a~d there being no protests on file or <br />it is hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa ^na that <br />the assessment be confirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, <br />and he is hereb~ directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in <br />the ~orm and ~nner required by law, and shall ~ecord the same in th~ <br />office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana~ al <br />a regula,~ meeting of said City Council held on the 8th day of <br />September~lg~?, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> ~S, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride,. ¥~.J.Kelly, W.
