and <br /> <br />Trustees~ <br /> <br />k~J~kAo, said City Council, formerly the Mop, rd of <br />did in said Resolution of Intention No. lr;9! declare <br /> <br />its intention to do such work according to some one of two <br />kinds of materials and adopted plans and specifications for <br />the doing of such work according to such altern~tive kinds of <br />materials; and <br /> <br /> ¥;HEREAS, said City Council did in the Resolution <br />~dering said wo~ and upon the hearing of ob.~ections to the <br />proposed work and improvement under said Resolution of <br />Intention deter, tm!ne that such class or classes, or kind or <br />kinds of work shall be done and invited pro~osals for the <br />doing thereof, with such alternative kinds of materials; and <br /> <br /> %HEREAS, upon the opening of such proposals s~id <br />Council did fix a time for hearing upon the proposals so <br />received, notice of which was duly given by posting and <br />publication for the same time and in the same m~nner as is <br />provided for the notice inviting proposals, the first <br />publication of which notice was at least ten (10) days before <br />the time of hearing so fixed, giving notice that any person <br />interested shall have the right to appear and be heard upon <br />the question as to which material shall be adopted for the <br />doing of such work, and as to which proposal shall be <br />accepted, all as required by law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this being the time and place fixed by <br />said Council and specified in said notices, and all persons <br />interested h~ving app~ared and been heard upon the question <br />as to which material shall be adopted for the doing of such <br />work and as to which proposal shall be accepted; <br /> <br /> ~SOLVED, that the said City Council hereby <br />determines which of such alternative materials shall be <br />adopted for the doing of said work, w~ch shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
