RESOLUTION NO. 1823 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council finds that Griffith Comply <br />is now the owner and holder of all of the bonds issued to represent <br />unpaid assessments for the costs and expenses of improving Oxford <br />Street from the East line of South Main Street to the West line of <br />Maple Street in the City of Santa Aha, California, pursuant to <br />proceedings initiated by Resolution of Intention No. 1721, passed <br />by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, on the 31st day <br />of January, 1927, and the said Griffith Company having in writing <br />requested this City Council to order full reassessment, and the Cit <br />Council having fully considered the said request and having examine <br />the said proceedings. <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY DECLARED: That it is the opinion of the said <br />City Council that the said bonds in question are not en~$reeabl$, <br />and it does hereby order the Street Superintendent of the City of <br />Santa Ana to make and issue the said Griffith Company a reassessment <br />covering all of the assessments secured by the bonds owned and held <br />by the said petitioner, Griffith Company, as set forth in Res olutio~ <br />No. 181S of said city determining the amount of unpaid assessments <br />for said ir provement, prescribing the denomination of such bonds an( <br />providing for their issuance in annual series. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly introduced, passed and adopted at a regular meeting <br />of the City Council held on the 3rd day of October 1927, by the <br /> <br />following vote, to-wit: <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br />Stanley E.
