this City Council and having been given a <br /> <br />to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the <br />of the unpaid assessments shorn on said list, and all <br />ions presented having been heard and considered; <br /> <br />full opportunity <br /> <br /> securit <br /> object- <br /> <br /> IT IS THEREFORE NOW BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, DETERMINED, RESOLVED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOW <br />That no cause has been shown why bonds should not be issued <br />upon the security of said unpaid assessment% and does hereby <br />overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the <br />issuance of said bonds; and further; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be <br />issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said <br />amount of Three Thousand seven hundred seventy-one and <br />75/100 Dollars,($3,VT1.75). <br /> <br /> That sd d bonds shall be ten (10) in number and <br />shall be dated October 3rd, 1927, and bear interest a~ the <br />rate of six per cent per annum and the denomination of said <br />bonds, and the date of respective maturity thereof shall be <br />as follows:- <br /> <br /> Date of <br />Series Bond.No. Amount Maturity <br /> <br /> X-2 1 $ 377.17 1929 <br /> X-2 2 377.17 1930 <br /> X-2 3 377.17 1931 <br /> X-2 4 377.17 1932 <br /> X-2 5 377.17 1933 <br /> X-2 6 377.15 1934 <br /> X-2 7 377.18 1935 <br /> X-2 8 377.18 1936 <br /> X-2 9 377.18 1937 <br /> X-2 10 37V.18 1~38 <br /> <br /> The first coupon of interect shall be for interest <br />from the 20th day of September, 1927 to January 2nd, 1929, <br />and the several coupons thereafter shall each be f or the <br />semi-annual interest; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the <br />treasurer of said city upon the coupons attached to said bond <br />shall be a lithographed or printed signature in place of a <br />signature by hand; and <br /> <br /> BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk <br />of s aid City of Santa Ana, be and he is hereby authc~ized <br />and directed to deliver forthwith the bonds herein above <br />enumerated, to the contractor, GRIFFITH COMPANY, in satisfact <br />of the balance due upon the assessment and d~gram. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the sai~ <br /> <br /> <br />
