RESOLUTION NO. 1~0 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />cCITY OF SANTA ANA ABANDONING AND I~CLARING <br />NULL AND VOID RESOLUTION NO. 1790 AND <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1791, AND ALL <br />PROCEEDINGS HAD THEREUNDEH. <br /> <br /> KESOLVED, That Resolution Adoptin~ Plans and <br />Specifications No. 1790, end Resolution of Intention No. 1791, <br />and all l~oceedings had thereunder, including the execution of <br />a certain contract with Lane Contracting Company for the work <br />and imp~ovement described in said Resolution of Intention <br />No. 1791, be and the same are hereby abandoned and declared <br />null and void. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoin~ Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Aha, at an adjourned regular <br /> <br />meeting held on the 24th day of October, <br />vote, to-wit:- <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />1927, by the followin <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br />Stanley E.
