The City Council of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 and the Improvement Bond Act of 19lB, and amendments to said acts, do resolve as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and convenience ~equires~ and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, tc order the construction of the following described work and improvement to be made in, upon and along the following described streets and right~ of way in said city, to-wit: The West half of South Main Street from the South line of Tract No. 282 as ~r map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 13, Page 33, Records of Orange County, California; extended Westerly across South Main Street to Nest Anahurst Place. South Sycamore Street from West Edinger Street to West Pomona Street; a certain right of wa~V ten feet wide and being five feet on eac~ side of a center line described as a line extending from the canter lin, of Sycamore Street, at Pomona Street, as shown on a map of Tract No. 531 recorded in Miscellaneous Naps, Book lB, Page 3, Records of Orange County, to the center llne of Sycamore Street at the North llne of Tmact No. 289, recorded in Miscellaneous Naps, Boos 14, Page 8, Records of Orange County; Sycamore Street from the North line of said Tract No. 289 to West Anahurst Place; a certain right of way ten feet wide and being five feet on each side of a center line described as the Southerly extended center line~ of Sycamore Street as shown on a map of Tract No. 597, recorded in ~iscellaneous Maps, Book 19, Page 7, Records of Orange County, from West Anahurst Place to its intersection with West Delhi Road. South Broadway from West Edinger Street to West Pomona Street; a certain right of way ten feet wide and being five feet on eacl side of a center line described as a line extending from the center line of Broadway, at Pomona Street, as sho~ on a map of said Tract No. 531, to the center line of Broadway at the North line of said Tract No. 289; South Broadway from the North line of said Tract No. 289 to ~Mest Anahurst Place; a certain right of way ten feet wide and being five feet on each side of a center line described as the Boutherl extended center line of Broadway as shown on a map of said Tract No. 59? from West Anahurst Place to its intersection with West Delhi Road. South Birch Street from West Edinger Street to West Pomona Street; a certain right of way ten feet wide and being five feet on eac side of a center line described as a line extending from the center line of Birch Street, at Pomona Street, as shown on a map of said Tract No. 531 to the center line of Birch Street at the North line of said Tract No. 289; South Birch Street from the North line of said Tract No. 289 to West Anahurst Place; a certain right of way ten feet wide and being five feet on each side of a center line described as the Southerly extended center line of Birch Street as shown on a map of said Tract No. ~97 from Anahurst Place to its intersection with Delhi Road. South Ross Street from West Edninger Street to West Pomona Street; a certain right of way ten feet wide and being five feet on eacl side of a center line described as a line extending from the center line of Ross Street, at Pomona Street, as shown on a map of said Tract No. 5~1 to the center line of Ross Street at the North line of said Tract No. 289; South Ross Street from the North line of said Tract No. 289 to West Anahurst Place; a certain right of way ten feet wide and being five feet on each side of a center line described as the Southerly extended center line of Roes Street as sho~n on a map of said Tract No. ~97 from Anahurst Place to its intersection with Delhi Road.
