RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1843 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OT~L~]RWISE IMPRO~NO OF PARTON STREET FROM THE NORTH LINE OF TRAOT NO. 3~; RECORDED IN BOOK 1~, PAGES 16 AND 18, MISCELLANEOUS NAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, TO THE EXIST- ING WATER MAIN AT THE SOUTH LINE OF FAIRVI~"~ AVENUE IN SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF ~IORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DIS- TRECT TO BE BENEFITED THEREBY AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THERE- OF; DETERI~INING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES, A~UD FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJEC- TIONS TO SAID WORK OR INPROVENENT, OR TO THE FD[TENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha, pursuant provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 and the Im- said acts, do to the provement Bond Act of 1918, and an~ndments to resolve as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and convenience requires, and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said City, to-wit: That Patton Street in said City, from the North lin~ of Tract No. 3§2~ as per map thereof recorded in Book 15, Pages l§ and 16, Miscellaneous Raps, Records of Orange County Calif~nia, to the existing water main at the South line of Fairview Avenue be graded and paved with Portland Cement Con- crete pavement from curb line to curb line, and where cross streets intersect the grading ,nd p~ving shall extend beyond the curb lines to the extended property lines of said streets, all as particularly described on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned, and where the paving Joins existing paving and at all intersecting streets and alleys where paving does not now exist, the paving shall have a thickness at the edge of two inches greater than the specified thickness of the slab and taper uniformly to the specified thickness in thirty (50) inches, all as particularl indicated on ~nd in accordance with the plans and speciflca~' tlons hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Portland Cement Concrete Curbs upon and along the above described street, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Portland Cement Concrete Sidewalks upon and along the above described street, except where sidewalks now exist, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifica- tions hereinafter mentioned.
