and are hereby referred to for the full and detailed descrip- tion of the said proposed work or improvement, and adopted by Resolution No. 1836 on the Vth day of November, 192V, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement, on file in the Office of the City Clerk and by reference are incorporated in this Resolution of Inten. tion the same as though set forth'in full herein. ~RADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and the improvement made which are provided for in this Resolution shal~ be the grade as set forth in the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications heretofore adopted and as shown on the profiles therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said profile reference is hereby made for the description of such grade. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declsr~ and determine, and notice is hereby givem, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereunder, in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1918", the last installment of which Donds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DEECRIPTION OF ASSEBS~&ENT DISTRICT Section §. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of said City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter mentioned, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited said work and improvement and' to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and particular- ly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Tract No.648 as per map thereof on file in Miscella- neous Maps, Book 20, Page 14, Records of Orange County, thence West along the North line of TraetlNo. 3§2 as per map thereof on file in Mis- cellaneous Maps, Book 16, Pages 16 and 16, Rec- ords of Orange County to .the Southwest corner of Block B, Tract No, 869, as per map thereof'on file in Miscellaneous Maps, ~Book 26, Page 29, Records of Orange County; thence North along the West line of said Tract No. 869,~and a Northerly extension of said llne to the surveyed center line of Fairview Avenue; thence East along the surveyed center line of Fair view Ave- nue to an intersection with the Northerly ex- tended East line of said Tract No. 8V6; thence South along said last mentioned line and the East line of said Tract No. 876 to the point of beginning.
