The City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby orders that that part of the cost and expenses of the improvements hereinbefore set forth equal to and in the full sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), but not exceed- ing the cost of said improvements, shall be paid out of the Treasury of the City of Santa Aha, from the Sewer Fund of said City.
