RESOLUTION NO. l~2V WHEREAS, five electors of a district adjoining the City of Santa Ana, on the North, in which it is proposed to circulate a petition asking for annexation of the territory included in such district as hereinafter described, have file with the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, a notice declaring their intention to circulate and file a petition asking for the annexation of The territory included in such district and described in said notice to the City of Santa Aha, which ~lstrict is described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the Northerly Boundar~ line of the Oit~ of Santa Ana, California, said point being VTO feet Westerly from the Westerly line of North Main Street as it exists North of the Northerly Boundary of the City of Santa Ana; thence Northerly along a line drawn parallel to and distant V~O feet Westerly from the Westerly line of No~th Main Street to an intersection with a line drawn parallel to and distant 200 feet Southerly from the Southerly line of Chapman Avenue as it exists West of the said North Main Street; thence Westerly along said line drawn parallel to and distant 200 feet Southerly from the Southerly line of said Chapman Avenue to an intersect- ion with the Northwesterly line of property deeded by T.R.Lawrence to Frank M. Luton and wife, September 3rd, 1925, as recorded in Book 605 Page 327 of Deeds, Records of Orange County, California$ thence North- easterly along said Northwesterly line of said Luton property to an intersection with the Southerly line of said Chapman Avenue; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Chapman Avenue to an intersect- ion with a line drawn parallel to and distant 448.82 feet Westerly from the center line of said North Main Street; ~hence Southerly along said line drawn parallel to and distant 446.82 feet Westerly from the center line of said North Main Street to an intersect- ion with a line drawn parallel to and distant 330 feet Southerly from the center llne of said Chapman Avenue; thence Easterly along said last mentioned line a distance of 264 feet to a point; thence Northerly along a line drawn parallel to and distant 182.82 feet Westerly from the center line of said North Main Street to an intersection with The Southerly line of said Chapman Avenue; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of Chapman Avenue to an intersection with the West- erly line of said North Main Street; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of North Hain Street to an intersection with the Northerly ooundary line of the said City of Santa Ana; thence Westerly along the said Northerly boundary line of Santa Aua to the point of beginning. RESOLVED: That receipt of said Notice is hereby acknowledged, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves the intention of the petitioners signing said notice to circulate such petition within The district herein- before described and described in said notice, in which it is proposed to circulate a petition asking for the annexation of said territory included in much district to the City of Santa Anae I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by ~he City Council of The City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 30th day of April, 1928, by The following vote, to-wit:
