SO UT;ON AOOPTT O pT,^ S S CT 'rCAT ON <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work to <br />be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana, upon and <br />along a portion of that open public street in said City known as Broad- <br />way between Santa Clara Avenue and the Southern Pacific Eight-of-way; <br />and upon and along an open public unnamed street, being the Southerly <br />Fifty feet of Lots forty (40) and Sixty (80), Tract ~5, recorded in <br />Miscellaneous Maps, Book 16, Pages 33 and ~, Records of Orange Co~uty, <br />California. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assess- <br />ment District No. 162, for the improvement of the above described stree' <br />and submitted this 21st day of May, 1928, be and the same are hereby <br />adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly introduced, passed and ad~pted by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of May, <br />1928, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: None <br />ABSENT, TRUSTE~S.
