<br /> OF STREET IMPROVE]~[ENT BOHDS, PURSUANT TO
<br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1855, DETER~[NING
<br /> THE DENOMINATION OF SUCE BOHDS AND PROVIDING FOR
<br /> THEIR ISSUANCE IN A~U.LL SERIES:
<br />
<br /> V~HEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of the filing of list
<br />of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by
<br />law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram was recorded on the 50th
<br />day of April, 1928, for the work and improvement made by Walker and
<br />Eartin, trader that certain contract awarded to them on the 28th day of
<br />November, 19B7, upon Broadway from the North line of Sixth Street to
<br />the South line of Santa Clara Avenue and Fifteenth Street, from the
<br />East line of ~roadway to a line 125 feet East of and parallel thereto,
<br />as set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 1833; and that said warrant
<br />assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of
<br />said City, together with a written statement of all p~ments received
<br />upon the said assessment; and after the full expiration of thirty (50)
<br />days after the recording of said warrant, the said Street Suporintend-
<br />ent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana,
<br />a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said Assessment,
<br />which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
<br />City; now upon evidence shown, this City Council determines that the
<br />assessments therein mentioned were then tu%paid, the total aggregate
<br />thereof being the sum of Thirteen Thousand '±%vo Hundred thirty and
<br />28/100 Dollars ($1~,230.28), and that there has been paid since the
<br />filing of the list of unpaid assessments by the Street Superintendent
<br />
<br />the following assessment, to-wit:

<br />and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Nine Thousand Five
<br />Hundred Eight and 4/100 Dollars ($9,508~04) upon the assessments shown
<br />upon said list.

<br /> Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1833
<br />of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, passed on the S~th day
<br />of October, 1927, for a c~nplete description of the work herein
<br />mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above stated
<br />for the assessments unpaid; and
