393 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OV~RULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS <br />TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSmeNT AND <br />~RDERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH <br />WARRANT AND RECORD. <br /> <br />NO. 1967. <br /> <br /> V~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, did <br />on the 14th day of November, 1928, pass Resolution of Intention No. <br />1845 for the improvement of Patton Street; and whereas, on the 4th day <br />of June, 192@, the Superir~endent of Streets of said City filed an <br />assessment to cover the sum due for the wor$ performed and specified <br />in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which <br />assessment diagramwas approved by the City Council of said City on <br />the 5th day cf Narch, 19~8. <br /> <br /> ANDWHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has <br />given notice required by law in which notice June 25, 1928, at the <br />hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. was fixed as the time, and the Council <br />Chamber of ~h~ City Hall of said City at the place where any and all <br />persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, no <br />person aggrieved has filed with the City Council a written objection <br />to said asses~nent as required by law; ar~ Whereas, at the time set <br />for hearing protests or objections the City Council of said city <br />Council of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said <br />protests or objections to said assessmeat or the work done having <br />been heard, it is hereby; <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />that all of the said protests or objections agaiust said assesament <br />or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby <br />overruled and denied and the amsessment be affirmed, and that the <br />Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said <br />assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall <br />record the same in the Office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Sauta Ana at <br />an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the ESth day of June, <br /> <br />1928, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />J.
