RESOLUTION OF AWARD NO. 19V3. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Smuta Ana did, in open session, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof, on the 9th day of July, 1928, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the following work, under Resolution of Intention No. 1960, in the City of Santa Ana, to-wit: That ~he '~'ork to bo done and RESOLVTD: That the said City Council hereby reject all of said proposals or bids except the next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: Stecle Finley at the prices named in his bid as follows, to-wit: Item No. 1. The grading to a subgrade and the laying thermion of an Asphaltic Concrete pavement having a total thickness of five (5) equipment, per square inches, complete with for the furniship~ of all necessary the sum of Seventeen cents (SO.IV) labor and material foot. Item No. 2. The excavation for and the const~mction of Portland Cmment Concrete curbs, complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material for the sum of Seventy cents (~0,70) per linear foot.
