~ESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to repre- sent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the reate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 191S", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (lC) months from their date. DESCRIPTION .OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Section 5.' That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of First Street distant 1V5 feet Westerly from the Westerly line of Halladay Street; thence Southerly along a line drawn parallel to and distant 175 feet Westerly fr~n the Westerly line of Halladay Street to an intersection with the Northerly llne of Bishop Street; thence Southeasterly in a direct line to a point in the Southerly line of Bishop Street distant 108 feet Westerly from the Westerly line of Halladay Street; thence Southerly along a line drawn parallel to and distant 108 feet Westerly from the Westerly line of Hallday Street and along the Southerly extension of said line to a point distant 150 feet Southerly from the Southerly line of McFadden Street; thence Easterl~ along a line drawn parallel'to and dis- tant 150 feet ~outherly from the Southerly line of McFadden Street a distance of 337.0 feet to a point; thence Northerly in a direct line to a point in the Southerly line of Walnut Street distant 175 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Halladay Street; thence North- westerly in a direct line to a point in the Northerly line of Walnut Street distant 1SO feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Hal~ay Street; thence Northerly along a line drawn parallel to and distant 150 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Halladay Street to an inter- section with the Southerly line of First Street; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of First Street to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING Section 6. Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of July, 1928, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Aha any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said City Council and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha before the hour herein set a written protest against the said work or the assessment district proposed to be assessed, or both. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION Section 7.
