Ve~el~ <br /> Clerk of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br /> <br />NO. 1980 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />PAVING OR OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF BAKER STREET <br />BETWE~ THE NORTH LINE OF FIRST STREET AND THE <br />SOUTH LINE OF FOURTH STREET; DECLARING THE SAID <br />WORK AND IMPROV~MENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR <br />ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT <br />TO BE B~EFIT~2) THEREBY AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY <br />THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT <br />BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND <br />EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS ~HALL BE <br />ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES AND <br />FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS <br />TO SAID WORK OR IMPROV~MENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF <br />THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH: <br /> <br /> The City Council ~f the City of Santa Aha, pursuant <br />to the provisions of the Improvement Act of ~911 and the Improvement <br />Bo~d Act of 1918, and amendments to said acts, do resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the public interest and convenience <br />re~uir~ and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the following <br />work and improvement in said City, to-wit: <br /> <br /> That the portion of the street in the City of Santa <br />Aha upon which work shall be done and improvements made as hereinafte~ <br />set forth is upon and along that open public street, commonly known <br />as and called Baker Street, between the North line of First Street <br />and the South line of Fourth Street. <br /> <br /> That the work to be done and improvements bo be made <br />upon and along the hereinbefore described portion of said street in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications therefor on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> That the hereinbefore described portion of said street <br />shall be graded and paved with asphaltic concrete pavement, frc~ curb <br />line to curb line, and at driveway locations, the grading and paving <br />shall extend back of the curb line to the street side of the sidewalk, <br />all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and <br /> <br /> <br />
