RESOLUTION NO. 1~82 A RESOLUTIuN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ~BeUANCE OF ~TBk~T IMPROVEMENT BONDS FURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1842; DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS; PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF S~CH BONDS AND PROVIIXNG FOR THEIR I,~SUANCE IN ANNU~LL SERIFa: WHEREA~, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list of unpaid assessments was dttiy given in the manner and for~ required by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram was recorded on the 29th day of May, 1928, for the work and improvement made by Walker and Martin under that certain contract awarded to them on the 2?th day of December, 1927, upon portions of Flower Etreet, Garnsey ~treet, Patton street, Van Ness Avenue, Ross Street, sirch Street, ~roadway, Sycamore Street, Borchard Avenue, Wilshire Avenue, Russell Avenue, as set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 1542; and that said warran~ assessment and diagram were returned to the Street ~uperintendent of said City together with a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment; and after the full expiration of thirty ($0) days after the recording of s~id warrant, the said street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said Oity of Santa Aha, a complete -i~t of all assess- merits unpaid upem the said assessment, which £ist is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; now upon evidence shown, this City Oouncil determines t~at the assessments theroin mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate th.~eof ceing the sum of ehix~cy Thousand Bight ~mnd~ed Fifty-seven and 17/100 .Dollars ($~0~857~17}, and that the~e has been paid since the filing of th~ list Of unpald assessments by the Street Superintendent the following assessments, to-wit: Assessment N&. 87 for $~.~; Assessment No. 116 for ,$53;0~; Assessment No; 184 fo~ $53..~; Assessment No. 18~ fo~ $106.1~; Assessment No. 189 for SSS.Ce~ Assessment ~. ~-95 for $53.~; Assessment No. 323 fo~ $159.2~S Assessment No. 3~8 fo~ $$3;.~$ Assessment No. 334 fo~ Sss.
