S. ecurity of the unpaid assessments shown on said llst~ and all objections pre- sented having been heard and considered. IT IS T~EREF~E NOW BY THE CITY C~CIL OF TB~ CITY OF ~A~T& ANA, DETERMIEED, RESOLVED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: That no cause has been shown why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said b~ds; and further BE IT RESOLVED A~ FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of 'l~enty-th~ee Hundred Ninety-one and 10/lC0 Dollars ($2391.10). ~hat said bonds shall'be ten ~lO) in number and shall be dated July 16, 1928, and bear interest at thc rate of six per cent per annum, and the denomination of said bonds, and the date of respectfve mat~Arity thereof sh~ll be as follows: .SERIES BOND NQ.
