Ail of the hereinbefore described streets, together with the foregoing work and improvements are fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cross-sections and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR A~SESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1~8", and as set forth in the specifications known as "THE ~PECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTR]E T NO. 1~8", which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk, and were adopted by Resolution No. 1988 on the 6th day of August, 1928, by the City Council of the City'of Santa Aha as the plans, profiles, c~oss- sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improve- ment, the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to De used and the type of construction. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and improvement made Which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the pro- files therefor, on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said pro- files reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the grade shown on the plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall De done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued here. under in the manner provided in the"Improvement Bond Act of 1918", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Section 5. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeabl~ upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvemez and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which ~istrict is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of ~anta Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of Seventeenth Street distant 135 feet Westerly from the Westerly line of Ross Street; thence Easterly along said Southerly line of Seventeenth Street to an intersection with the Easterly line of Ross Street; thence ~he~$y along the said Easterly line of Ross ~treet to an intersection with the Northerly llne of 8ixteenth Street; thence Easterly along the said Northerly line of Sixteenth Street and its easterly extension to an intersection with the center line of Durant Street; thence Southerly along the said center line of Durant Street to an intersection with the Southerly line of the Barton Tract as recorded in Book 6, page 18,
