The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed to post a notice of this award conspicuously for five (5) days on or near the door of the Council Chamber of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, and also publish said notice twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose by said City Council.
