RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1890 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE C ONSTRUCTI~ OF A SEWER SYSTEM AND A WATER SYSTEM ON SEVENTH STREET, FROM THE WEST LINE OF BRISTOL STREET, TO THE EAST LINE OF ARTESIA STREET; DECLARING THE SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT T0 BE BENEFITED THEREBY AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS S~ALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, O~ BO~. T~e City Council of the City of Santa Aha, pursuant to the provisions of the improvement Act of 1911 and the Improvement Bond Act of 191§, and amendments to said acts, do resolve as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and convenience requires, and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said City, to-wit: That Seventh Street from the West line of Bristol Street to the East line of Artesia Street be improved by the excavation of trenches and fl~rn~shing and laying therein of salt glazed vitrified pipe main sanitary sewer, concrete manholes, concrete flush tank, "Y" branches, and all necessary appurtenances thereto, including the connecting with the existing stub at the East line of Artesia Street to a point 113.46 feet West of the West line of Bristol Stree$, all of such sizes and constructed to grades and locations as are part- icularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and spec- ifications herein mentioned, excepting therefrom any of said work already done to the official grade; also, that said portion of said Seventh Street be improved by the installation of cast iron water main, including fire hydrants, valves, valve covers, and all necessary appurtenances thereto, including the connecting with the existing valve, six (6) feet east of the east line of Artesia Street to and connecting with the existing stub at a point two (2) feet Wes~ of the West line of Bristol Street, excepting therefrom any of said work already done to the official grade, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications here inafter mentioned. Together with such other work and improvements as are noted on the plans and specifications which shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and impr~ement, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor. The work to be done as herein set forth shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary fc~ or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work herein specified.
