duly and regularly in session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. on Monday, the 2Vth day of February, 1928, being the time, hour and place named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the City Council and show cause why said proposed work should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 1880S and WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented havin been disposed of, overruled and denied, in time, manner and form as required by law, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ara having acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed work done and improvement made; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ara that the public interest and convenience requires the work done and improvement made particularly set forth and described in Resolution of Intention No. 1880, which is dated the 6th day of February, 1928, on file in the office of the Clerk of said City and hereby referred to and made a part hereof, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ara hereby orders the work to be done and improvement to be made in said City, as particularly set forth and described in the said Resolution of Intention No. 1880 as aforesaid. That the expense of said work and improvement is by said Resolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district which said district is described in and by the said Resolutio~ of Intention and is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ara is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, together with the specifications therefor, conspicu~lsly for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of said City Council, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered. He is also directed to publish twice a notice inviting such proposal and referring to the specifications pmted or on file in the Santa &ua Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper publi~hed and circulated in the City of Santa Ara, and hereby designate~ for that purpo~. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Ordex lng Work was duly and regularly intro~xced, passed and adopted by the City C~nctl of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting of said City Council held on the 2?th day of February, 1928, by the following vote: AYES, TRUSTEES: W.J.Kelly, J.L.McBride, W.G.Knox, Stanley E.
