RESOLUTION APPROVING ESSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> <br /> NO. 1903 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the diagram of the property affected or <br />benefited by the work and improvement in, on and along portions of <br />Halladay Street, Garfield Street, Sixth Street and Poinsettia Street <br />described in Resolution of Intention No. 1888 and to be aases~ed to <br />pay the expenses thereof, made by the City Engineer of the City of <br />Santa Aha be, and the same is hereby approved, and the Clerk is <br />ordered and directed to certify that fact and the date thereof. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Approving <br />Diagram was duly introduced, before the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of <br />March, 1928, and passed by the vote of the following named members <br />of said City Council, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br /> Stanley E.
