RESOLUTION OF AWARD NO. 1910 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, did in open session, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof, on the 26th day of March, 1928, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the following work, under Resolution of Intention No. 1890, in the City of Santa Aha, to-wit: That Seventh Street from the West line of Bristol Street to the East line of Artesia Street be improved by the excavation of trenches and furnishing and l~ying therein of salt glazed vitrified pipe main sanitary sewer, concrete man- holes, concrete flush tank, "Y" branches, and all necessary appurtenances thereto, including the connecting with the ex- isting stub at the East line of Artesia Street, to a point 113.46 feet West of the West line of Bristol Street, all of such sizes and constructed to grades and locations as are particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans an~ specifications herein mentioned, excepting therefrom any of said work already done to the official grade~ also, that said portion of said Seventh Street be improved by the installatior of cast iron water main, including fire h~drants, valves, v~e ~overs and all necessary appurtenances thereto, includin~ the connecting with the existing valve, six (6) feet East of the East line of Artesia Street, to and connecting with the existing stub at a point Two (2) feet West of the West line of Bristol Street, excepting therefrom any of said work already done to the official grade, all indicated on and in accordance with the hereinafter mentioned. as particularly plans and specificati, Together with such other work and improvements as are noted on the plsns and specificatiaas which shall be con- sidered as incidental to the above described work and improve- ment, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefo~ The work to be done as herein set forth shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work herein specified. RESOLVED: That the sai~ City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except the next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit GGGO and RADOS, at the price named fn their bid as follows, to-wit: Item No. 1.
