RESOLUTION OF AWARD <br /> NO. 1910 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br /> did in open session, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof, <br /> on the 26th day of March, 1928, publicly open, examine and <br /> declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the following <br /> work, under Resolution of Intention No. 1890, in the City of <br /> Santa Aha, to-wit: <br /> <br /> That Seventh Street from the West line of Bristol <br /> Street to the East line of Artesia Street be improved by the <br /> excavation of trenches and furnishing and l~ying therein of <br /> salt glazed vitrified pipe main sanitary sewer, concrete man- <br /> holes, concrete flush tank, "Y" branches, and all necessary <br /> appurtenances thereto, including the connecting with the ex- <br /> isting stub at the East line of Artesia Street, to a point <br /> 113.46 feet West of the West line of Bristol Street, all of <br /> such sizes and constructed to grades and locations as are <br /> particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans an~ <br /> specifications herein mentioned, excepting therefrom any of <br /> said work already done to the official grade~ also, that said <br /> portion of said Seventh Street be improved by the installatior <br /> <br /> of cast iron water main, including fire h~drants, valves, <br /> <br />v~e ~overs and all necessary appurtenances thereto, includin~ <br /> the connecting with the existing valve, six (6) feet East of <br /> the East line of Artesia Street, to and connecting with the <br /> existing stub at a point Two (2) feet West of the West line <br /> of Bristol Street, excepting therefrom any of said work <br /> <br />already done to the official grade, all <br />indicated on and in accordance with the <br />hereinafter mentioned. <br /> <br />as particularly <br />plans and specificati, <br /> <br /> Together with such other work and improvements as <br />are noted on the plsns and specificatiaas which shall be con- <br />sidered as incidental to the above described work and improve- <br />ment, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefo~ <br /> <br /> The work to be done as herein set forth shall <br />include the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials <br />necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and <br />completion of all work herein specified. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED: That the sai~ City Council hereby rejects <br />all of said proposals or bids except the next herein <br /> <br />mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work <br />and improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit <br />GGGO and RADOS, at the price named fn their bid as follows, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> Item No. 1.
