RESOLUT_ION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> N,0. 1911 <br /> <br />RESOLVED, <br /> <br /> that the plans and spacifications for the <br />work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of <br />Santa Ana, upon and along portions of those open public street~ <br />in said City, commonly known as Pacific Avenue, Fifth Street, <br />Third Street, Second Street, First Street and Bristol Street. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated <br />as Assessment District No. 183, for the improvement of the <br />above described streets and submitted this 2nd day of April, <br />1928, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans <br />and specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting held on <br />the 2nd day of April, 1928, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, ~.G.Knox, <br />Stanley E.
