The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, <br /> <br />a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general <br /> <br />circulation in the City of Sant~ Ana is hereby designated as <br /> <br />the newspaper in which this Resolution of Zntention shall be <br /> <br />published and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed t <br /> <br />cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two <br /> <br />insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and form required <br /> <br />by law~ The City Council does not deem it advisable that the <br /> <br />Clerk mail copies of the notice of improvement to owners or <br /> <br />reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. <br /> <br />POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEME~NT <br /> <br />Section 8. The Street Sup6rintendent of said City <br /> <br />shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, <br /> <br />cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said con- <br /> <br />templated work or improvement and along all the open streets <br /> <br />and alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment distri <br /> <br />notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, in the <br /> <br /> <br />
