RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESS~ENT AND ORDERING T_W_E STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD NO. 2216,. WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did, on the 12th day of November, 1929, paws Resolution of Intention No. 2146, for the improvement of portions of Flower Street, Nineteenth Street, Heliotrope Drive, Santa Clara Avenue RoSs Street, Victoria Drive, Greenleaf Street, Seventeenth Street and North Park Boulevard; and WHEREAS, on the 80th day of June, 1930, the Street Superintendent of sai, City filed an assessment to' cover the sum due for the wor$ performed and specified which assessment diagrs4~was approved by the City Council of said City on the 23rd day of June, 1930. AND~ WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice as required by law, in which notice July 21, 1930, at the hour of 7:30 otclock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the City Council a written object- ion to said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hear- ing protests or objections the City Council of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby RESOLVED, by the City.Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and the assessment be affiz~ned, ~ud that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the Office of said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 21st day of July, 1930, by the following stated vote: AYES, TRUSTEES: J.
