RESOLUTION NO. 2233 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />0SFAN~TA~ANA, ~ALIFORNIA, RELATING TO TEE ISSUANCE <br /> STitEET I~PROVE~ENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION <br />OF INTENTION N01 2146; D'~ERMINING THE AMOUNT OF <br />UNPAID ASSEESMENTS; PRESCRIBING THE DENONINATION <br />OF SUCH BONDS AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE IN <br />ANNUAL SERIES · <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Statute, notice of the filing of list of unpaid assess- <br /> ments was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that the warrant, assess- <br /> ment and;diagramwas recorded on the 22nd day of July, 1950, for the work and improve- <br /> ment made by George H. 0s*ald, under that certain contract awarded to h~m on the 30th <br /> day of December, 1929, up6n portions of Flower Street, Nineteenth Street, Heliotrope <br /> Drive, Santa Clara Avenuej Ross Street, Victoria Drive. Greenleaf Str . <br /> Street and North Park Boulevard as set fo~ 4_ R ~. ..... eet. Seventeenth <br /> ~ , A-~AA ~ esomu~on or £n=ention · <br /> of said City, together with a written statement of all payments received upon the said <br /> assessment, and after the~ull expiration of thirty (80) days after the date of record- <br /> ing of said warrant, the maid Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City <br /> Clerk of said City of Santa Aha, a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the <br /> said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said <br /> City; now upon evidence shown, this City Council determines that the assessments <br /> therein mentioned were th~nunpaid; the total aggregate thereof being the sum of <br /> Seventy-fou~ thousand Sev~n hundred eighty-two and 72/100 Dollars ($74,782.V2~, and <br /> that there has been paid ~ince the filing of the list of unpaid assessments by the <br /> Street Superintendent the'following assessments to-wit. <br /> $58.88.
