Council, which indicates by a boundary line the extent of the territory to be included in said proposed Asmessment District, and which said Map shall govern for all details as to the extent thereof. The said City Council of the City of Santa Ana further declares that the following lands included within said Assesxment District and belonging to the City of Santa Aha or the Santa Ana board of Education, as hereinafter specified, shall be omitted from the said district and from the levy and collection ~f the special assess- ment taxes hereafter to be l~vied and collected to cover the expenses of the said acquisitions, and it is further determined that such lands are in use in the performance of a public function, which lands are particularly described as follows, to-wit: Exception No. 1. All tha~ portion Of the following'described parcel of land which lies within the Assessment District, viz: A parcel of land bounded on the North by Eighth Street, on the West by Olive Street, on the South by Sixth Street and on the East by Flower Street. Lots i and lO, Block "M", Ross Addition, as per map thereof on file in Book 5, pages 554 and 535, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. Exception No. 5. The East 50 feet of Lots 5, 6, 7, and the East 50 feet of the North 81.30 feet of Lot 8, of Morse Villa Tract, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, BooS 3, page 46, Records of O~ange County, California.
