RESOLUTION NO. 2251 IN THE ~ATTER OF AC~ISITION AND IMPROVE~ENT DISTRICT NO. 5, OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RESOLUTION ORDERING THE ISSUANCE OF ACQUISITION BONDS VYrIEREAS, on the 14th day of October, 1930, this City Council adopted a Resolution fixing the time and place for hearing upon the issuance of bonds against the lands in the Assessment District in Acquisition and Improvement District No. 5 of the City of Santa Ana, for the purpose of obtaining the ~aount required to pay the inter- locutory judgments in the action brought to condemn the property sought to be taken, all costs and expenses chargeable to the plaintiff in said action and the incidental expenses incurred in the proceeding for the above named, district, and for the purpose of furnishing an opportunity to all persons interested to be heard upon any of the matters upon which they are given the right to be heard, and presents objections under Section 36 of the Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925; and I~HER]~LAS, on the 2Vth day of October, 1930, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Council Chamber of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, being the time and place so fixed, the said hearing was taken up and all of said ma~ters having been fully heard and all objections made having been fully considered, and a full, fair and impartial hearing having been accorded to all persons presenting written and oral object ions or protests, and evidence having been received upon the said matters; and WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavits on file with the Clerk of this City Council that notice of said hearing has been duly and regularly published and posted as ordered and required by law; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana finds, dete~mines and orders as follows, to-wit: 1. That notice of the day, hou~ and place of the hearing upon the issuance of bonds for the purposes above stated has been duly and regularly published and posted in the manner required by law. 2. That all of the acts, dete~nations and proceedings heretofore had and taken In the Matter of Acquisition and Improvement District No. 5 of the City of Santa Aua, are in all respects su~ficient, and that all protests and objections regarding the same and to the issuance of said bonds a~e hereby overruled and denied. 3. That the public necessity and convenience requires and it is hereby ordered that bonds of the said district shall be ismmed in the total sum of Eight Thousand Nine H~ndred Fifty-th~ee and 35/100 Dollars ($8,953.35), for the purposes above recited, and the City Treasurer of the City of Santa Ana is hereby ordered to issue bonds of the said district, designated "Series FF", in the said aggregate principal su~, dated the day this Resolution was adopted, all in the manner and form provided in the Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925, and in further accordance with the pro- visions for such bonds contained in the Resolution of Intention adopted in the matter of said acquisition and improvement district by this City Council on the 26th day of August, 1929. 4. That the Clerk of this City Council shall forthwith transmit to the City Treasurer an attested copy of this Resolution and order, together with an attested copy of said ResolUtion of Intention.
