172 RESOLUTION N0. 260v RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CANCELLATION OF TAXES ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That the taxes levied on behalf of the City of Santa Aua, together with all penalties and costs, if any attached thereto, and as hereinafter particularly itemized, are hereby directed to be cancelled by the officer in charge of the records of such taxes in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Statutes of 1925, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a petition with the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange reques ting an order cancelling all taxes levied against said property. The said taxes and the property upon which the same are assessed, are itemized as follows: The West eighty (80) feet of the East 510 feet of a 14.37 acre parcel in the North- east quarter (NE~) of Section 94, Township 5 South, Range l0 West; bounded on the East by Tract #827 and on the South by Edinger Street, as more particularly assessed for 1938-1939, under assessment entitled "Cut and Reassessed #2V, part of Assessment No. 1125-a, Volume i, page 149'.
