RESOLUTION NO. 2687 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Res61ution of Intention so to do, that this City sell <br />to Esther N. Handy, that certain real property belonging to this City, and <br />described as being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California, and <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot Seventeen (17) in Block Eleven (ll) of Tract No. 352 <br /> Lot Fifteen (15) in Block Twenty-Two (22) of Tract No. 552 <br /> Lot Nineteen (19) of Tract No. 532 <br /> Lot Twenty-nine (29) of Tract No. 608 <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute <br />a deed to said property to Esther M. Handy upon receipt by the City of the sum <br />of Nine Hundred Twenty-five and no/lO0 Dollars ($925.00) as the fUll purchase <br />and sale price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said <br />property free of delinquent taxes. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at <br />its regular meeting held on the 21st day of August, 1939. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
