<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CANCELLATION OF
<br /> TAXES ON CITY_ 0V,q~ED PROPERTY
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha:
<br />
<br />That the taxes levied cn behalf of the City of Santa Ana, together with all
<br />
<br />penalties and co~ts, if auy attached thereto, upon property hereinafter particularly
<br />
<br />itemized, are hereby directed to be cancelled by the officer in charge of the records
<br />
<br />of such taxes in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Statutes of 1925, and the City
<br />
<br />Clerk is hereby directed to file a petition with the Board of Supervisors of the
<br />
<br />County of Orange requesting an order cancelling al! taxes levied against said property
<br />
<br />The said taxes and the pro~rty upon which the same are assessed, are
<br />
<br />itemized as follows:

<br />Lot 10 in Block "A" of "The Fisher Tract"
<br />
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the Easterly line of
<br />Louise Street, as described in Deed to City of Santa Ana
<br />dated June 9th, 1924, recorded in Book $31, page 7 of Deeds,
<br />records of Orange County, California, with the Northerly
<br />line of Lot 18 in Block A, Hedges Addition to Santa Ana,
<br />as shown on a Map recorded in Book Z1, page 48 of Miscellan-
<br />eous Records of Los ~-ngeles County, California; running
<br />thence Northerly along said Easterly line of said Louise
<br />Street, a distance of 150 feet; thence Easterly parallel
<br />with the Northerly line of said Lot 18 as shown on said
<br />map, 745 feet more or less to a point in a line which is
<br />parallel with and a distance 150 feet Westerly from the
<br />Westerly line of Baker Street as shown on said Map of
<br />Lourie's Subdivision recorded in Book l, page 62 of
<br />Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
<br />thence Southerly parallel with said Westerly line of Baker
<br />Street, 150 feet to the North-east corner of said Lot 18;
<br />thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 18,
<br />145 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Being
<br />a part of Lourie~s Subdivision, as shown on a Map recorded
