RESOLUTION NO. 2701 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOEVED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City sell <br />to 0. W. Anthony that certain real property belonging to this City, and described <br />as being in the City of Santa Aha, Orange CouNty, California, and particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot Twelve (12) in Elock "B" of Tract No. 289 <br /> <br />and that the ~ayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute <br />a deed to said property to 0. W. Anthony upon receipt by the City of the sum <br />of Two Hundred Seventy-five and no/100 Dollars (~275~00) as the fullpurchase and <br />sale price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said <br />property free of delinquent taxes. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at its <br />regular adjourned meeting held on the 2~th day of September, 1939. <br /> <br /> E.
