RESOLUTION NO. 26V4 RESO~,UTtON AUTHORIZING THE CANCELLATION OF TAXES ON CITY OWNED PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana: That the taxes levied on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, together with all penalties and costs, if any attached thereto, and as hereinafter particularly itemized are hereby directed to be cancelled by the officer in charge of the records of such taxes in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Statutes of 1925, and the.City Clerk is hereby directed to file a petition with the Board of Supervisors of the ~ounty of Orange requesting an order cancelling all taxes levied against said property. The said taxes and the property upon which the same are assessed, are itemized as follows: Milton R. Foster and Hale T. BarSer Lot 19, Block B, of Assessors Map No. 22 ,Nona Franklin A portion of the Easterly 38.17 feet of Lot ll of the "Blodgett and Billings Addition to Santa Aha", as shown on a map recorded in B6ok 22, page 64 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, tog6ther with a portion of Lots N and 0 of the "Dresser Tract", as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, page 83 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, bounded and described as a whole as follows: Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of a certain 12 foot alley conveyed to the City of Santa Ana by deed recorded in Book 234, page 294 of Deeds, records of Orange County, California, which point is 176 feet North of the intersection of the East line of said alley with the Northerly line of Washington Avenue, and running thence Easterly parallel with the northerly line of said Washington Avenue 155 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly line cf said alley, 1OO feet more or less to the Easterly extension of the Southerly line of Block 5 of the French Street Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 45 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence Westerly along said Southerly line of Block 5 and the Easterly and Westerly extensions thereof to the Easterly llne of the 12 foot alley above mentioned; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said alley 100 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
